Download Job Briefings

Use the Briefing submodule to download the briefing of selected jobs.

To use the Briefing submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To download the briefing of a job:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the briefing that you want to download.
3. On the side toolbar, click Briefing.
4. Click the Briefing tab.
5. Click Download the briefing and select any of the following:
   • Download as PDF: Use this to download the briefing as a PDF.
   • Download as Word document: Use this to download the briefing as a Word document.
   • Download as image: Use this to download the briefing as a PNG file.
   Note: WorkBook downloads the briefing to your computer in the selected format.
