Duplicate Pipelines From the Main Grid

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can create duplicates of prospect and client pipelines from the main grid in CRM > Pipelines. Alternatively, you can duplicate pipelines from the prospect card in Pipelines, Clients & Prospects List, My Activities, and All Activities in CRM, and from the resource information card in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To duplicate pipelines from the main grid in the Pipelines module:

1. On the main toolbar, click CRM .
2. In the left navigation pane, click Pipelines.
3. In the grid, select the pipeline that you want to duplicate.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Copy Selected Pipeline .
   WorkBook displays the pipeline card where you can modify information for the new pipeline.
