Duplicate Price Lists

Use the Price List Setup option under the Jobs List submodule to duplicate price lists.

To use the Jobs List submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To duplicate a price list:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Click Further options and select View price list setup.
4. In the Price List Setup dialog box, click the List tab.
5. Highlight the price list that you want to duplicate and click Duplicate selected price list .
6. In the Duplicate Price List dialog box, enter a name for the duplicate price list and use the drop-down list to select the applicable base currency.
7. If you want to copy the client settings, select the Copy client settings check box.
8. Click OK.
