Duplicate Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to duplicate price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To duplicate a price quote of a job:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to duplicate.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to duplicate.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to duplicate.
5. Click the Header tab.
6. Click Duplicate current price quote .
   Alternatively, click and select Duplicate current price quote.
7. In the Duplicate Price Quote dialog box, you can edit the duplicate price quote's title, date, and price list settings.
8. If you want to set the status of the duplicated price quote to cancelled, select the Set status of the current price quote to "cancelled" check box.
9. Click OK.
