Edit Details of Multiple Expense Entries under Preparation

Use the Expense Entries under Preparation submodule to edit the details of multiple expense entries that are under preparation.

To use the Expense Entries under Preparation submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit the details of multiple expense entries that are under preparation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Expense Entries under Preparation.
  3. Use the Shift key or Ctrl key to highlight the expense entries that are under preparation whose details you want to edit.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Multi update selected expense records .
  5. In the Multi Update Selected Expense Records dialog box, make the necessary edits.
  6. If you want to append or overwrite the existing description, select Append to existing description or Overwrite existing description, as applicable.
  7. Click OK.
