Edit Dimension Value of Price Quote Approver Roles

Use the Price Quote Approval submodule to edit the dimension value of price quote approver roles.

To use the Price Quote Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit the dimension value of a price quote approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price quote approver role that you want to edit the dimension value of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Price Quote Approval.
4. Highlight the price quote approver role that you want to edit the dimension value of and click Limit approval role to only affect items with this dimensionvalue .
5. In the Manage Dimension dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the applicable dimension value or detail.
   Note: You can only select a dimension value or detail after selecting a dimension.
6. Click OK.
