Edit Settings of Employee Cross-Company Access Accounts
Use Employee Cross-Company Access in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to edit the settings of employee Cross-Company access accounts.
To use Employee Cross-Company Access in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To edit the settings of an employee Cross-Company access account:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the employee Cross-Company access accounts for which you want to edit the settings.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .

Highlight the employee Cross-Company access account for which you want to edit the settings, and select or deselect the following check boxes:
- Allow Time Entry: Allow time entry for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Allow Mileage Entry: Allow mileage entry for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Allow Material Entry: Allow material entry for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Allow Personal Expense Entry: Allow personal expense entry for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Allow Subsistence Allowance Entry: Allow subsistence allowance entry for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Allow Voucher Registration: Allow voucher registration for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Access to Jobs: Enable access to jobs for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Can Create Jobs: Enable the employee Cross-Company access account to create jobs.
- Set Job Status 0: Enable "Set Job Status 0" for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Set Job Status 1: Enable "Set Job Status 1" for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Set Job Status 2: Enable "Set Job Status 2" for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Set Job Status 3: Enable "Set Job Status 3" for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Set Job Status 4: Enable "Set Job Status 4" for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Set Job Status 5: Enable "Set Job Status 5" for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Access to Employee: Enable "Access to Employee" for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Can Set Up Employees: Enable the Cross-Company access account to set up employees.
- Allow Financial Administration: Allow finance administration for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Allow Access to Pipeline: Allow access to the pipeline for the employee Cross-Company access account.
- Allow Access to Settings: Allow access to settings for the employee Cross-Company access account.
