Edit Settings of Allowlist Rules

Use the IP Allowlist Setup submodule to edit the settings of allowlist rules.

To use the IP Allowlist Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit the settings of an allowlist rule:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the allowlist rule whose settings you want to edit.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > IP Allowlist Setup.
  4. Highlight the allowlist rule whose settings you want to edit and select or clear any of the following check boxes:
    • Allow Administrator Login: Use this to allow administrator accounts to login from the corresponding network address.
    • Allow Advanced User Login: Use this to allow advanced users to login from the corresponding network address.
    • Allow Basic User Login: Use this to allow basic users to login from the corresponding network address.
    • Allow Contact Login: Use this to allow contacts to login from the corresponding network address.
    • Disable 2FA: Use this to disable two factor authentication for accounts logging in from the corresponding network address.
