Edit the Briefing of Quick Ticket Templates

Use the Ticket Quick Create submodule to edit the briefing of quick ticket templates.

To use the Ticket Quick Create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit the briefing of a quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the quick ticket template briefing that you want to edit.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. Highlight the quick ticket template with the briefing that you want to edit and on the grid toolbar, click Default briefings .
  5. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Edit the briefing .
  6. Make the necessary edits and click Save.
  7. Click Edit the briefing again.
