Edit your Latest Comment in Creditor Invoice Conversations

Use the Creditor Invoice Approval submodule to edit your latest comment in creditor invoice conversations.

To use the Creditor Invoice Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit your latest comment in a creditor invoice conversation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Creditor Invoice Approval.
  3. Highlight the creditor invoice of the conversation where you want to edit your latest comment.
  4. On the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click Invoice conversation .
  5. Hover over your latest comment and click Edit comment .
  6. In the Type a comment or drag files here field, make the necessary edits on the comment and click Cancel, Delete, Publish, or Private, as applicable.
    The edits will reflect on your latest comment in the conversation.
