Edit a Task Check List Template

Use the Tasks submodule to edit task check list templates.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit a task check list template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task check list template that you want to edit.
  3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
  4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.
  5. In the grid, highlight the task whose check list template you want to edit and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
  6. On the Task card, click the Checklist side toolbar, and click the tab of the check list template that you want to edit.
  7. Click Context Menu > Edit Template.
  8. In the Checklist Templates Setup dialog box, use the buttons on the Template tab to make the necessary changes and click Close.
