Enable Prospect/Client Contacts to Create Client Jobs

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can use the contact card to enable prospect/client contacts to create jobs for clients. You can also define the contacts' access to jobs and job teams.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To enable a prospect/client contact to create jobs for clients:

  1. Display the contact card. See Display the Contact Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the contact card, click Contact Access .
  3. On the Create Job tab, add the clients for which the contact can create jobs.
