Enable Active Status of Job Administration Fees

Use the Job Administration Fees submodule to enable the active status of job administration fees.

To use the Job Administration Fees submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a job administration fee:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the job administration fee that you want to enable the active status of.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Job Administration Fees.
  4. Highlight the job administration fee that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
