Enable Active Status of Notification Process Schedules

Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to enable the active status of notification process schedules.

To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a notification process schedule:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the notification process schedule that you want to enable the active status of.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
  4. Highlight the notification process with the schedule that you want to enable the active status of.
  5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
  6. Highlight the schedule that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
