Enable Active Status of Price List Data

Use the Price List Setup tab under the Price Lists submodule to enable the active status of price list data.

To use the Price Lists submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of price list data:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price list data that you want to enable the active status of
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the List tab and highlight the price list with the data that you want to enable the active status of.
5. Click the Price List Setup tab.
6. Highlight the data that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
