Enable Active Status of Agent Schedules

Use the Agent Setup submodule to enable the active status of selected agent schedules.

To use the Agent Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of an agent schedule:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the agent schedule that you want to enable the active status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Agent Setup.
  4. Highlight the agent with the schedule that you want to enable the active status of.
  5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
  6. Highlight the schedule that you to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
