Enable Holding Accounts for Voucher Management

Use the Holding Accounts submodule to enable holding accounts for voucher management.

To use the Holding Accounts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable a holding account for voucher management:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the holding account that you want to enable for voucher management.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Finance > Holding Accounts.
4. Highlight the holding account that you want to enable for voucher management and select the Use in Voucher Management check box.
