Enable Agent Schedules to Run

Use the Agent Setup submodule to enable agent schedules to run.

To use the Agent Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable an agent schedule to run:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the agent schedule that you want to run.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Agent Setup.
  4. Highlight the agent with the schedule that you want to run.
  5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
  6. Highlight the schedule that you want to run and select the Running check box.
