Enter or Update Information About Lost Pipelines

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can enter or update information about lost pipelines from the pipeline card.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To enter or update information about a lost pipeline:

  1. Display the pipeline card. See Display the Pipeline Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the pipeline card, click Pipeline Lost Information .
  3. If the pipeline is a lost pipeline, select Lost.
  4. Select the reason why the pipeline was lost and select the competitor to whom the pipeline was lost.
    You can add more information in the Description field.
