Export Access Roles

Use the User Access Rights submodule to export access roles.

To use the User Access Rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To export an access role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the access role that you want to export.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  4. Click the User Access Setup tab.
  5. Use the drop-down list to select the access role that you want to export and click Exported Selected Access Role .
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
  7. In the Information dialog box, copy the identification key of the access role that you exported and click OK.
