Filter Company Job Dimensions

Use the Job dimension grid lite tab under the Job dimension update submodule to filter company job dimensions.

To use the Job Dimension update submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To filter company job dimensions:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job dimensions that you want to filter.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Export, import & maintenance > Job dimension update.
4. Click the Job dimension grid lite tab and on the grid toolbar, click .
5. In the Filter dialog box, select the filters you want to use on the list of company job dimensions.
6. If you want to remove a filter, click on X.
7. Click Apply.
8. Click Close .
