Filter Email Logs

Use the Email Log submodule to filter email logs.

To use the Email Log submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To filter email logs:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the email logs that you want to filter.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Email Log.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Filter .
  5. In the Filter dialog box, select the filters that you want to use on the email logs and click Apply.
  6. Click to close the Filter dialog box.
