Hide Hidden Comments in Task Conversations

Use the Tasks submodule to hide hidden comments in task conversations.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To hide hidden comments in task conversations:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the hidden task comment that you want to hide.
3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task associated with the hidden comment that you want to hide and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
6. On the Task card, click the Task Conversation tab.
7. Right click on any comment and select Hide hidden comments from the menu.
   All hidden comments disappear from the list of comments.
8. If you want to display all hidden comments again, right click on any comment and select Reveal hidden comments from the menu.
