Hide Inactive Prices

Use the Price List Setup option under the Jobs List submodule to hide the inactive prices in selected price lists.

To use the Jobs List submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To hide the inactive prices in a price list:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Click Further options and select View price list setup.
4. In the Price List Setup dialog box, click the List tab and highlight the price list whose inactive prices you want to hide.
5. Click the Price List Setup tab and select the Hide inactive prices check box.
6. If you want to show all inactive prices again, unselect the Hide inactive prices check box.
