Hide Vacation Year Records

Use the Vacation Year tab under the Holidays and Absence submodule to hide vacation year records.

To use the Holidays and Absence submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To hide a vacation year record:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the vacation year record that you want to hide.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
  4. Click the Vacation Year tab.
  5. Highlight the vacation year record that you want to hide and select the Hide period check box.
  6. If you want to show the vacation year record, unselect the Lock period check box.
