Ignore Google Import Records with Zero Cost

Use the Google adwords import submodule to ignore Google import records with zero cost.

To use the Google Adwords Import submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To ignore a Google import record with zero cost:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the Google import records with zero cost that you want to ignore.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Export, Import & Maintenance > Google Adwords Import.
4. Click the Under Preparation tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, click and select Ignore records with 0 cost.
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
   WorkBook moves all import records with zero cost to the Google Ignored tab.
