Import Bing Data

Use the Bing import submodule to import Bing data.

To use the Bing Import submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To import Bing data:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to import Bing data.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Export, Import & Maintenance > Bing Import.
4. Click the Under Preparation tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, click and select Import Bing data.
6. In the dialog box, drop a file on the space provided and click OK.
   Alternatively, click Choose file and use the file selection option.
7. In the Options for Bingadwords dialog box, enter or select the applicable from and to dates, currency, and sheet.
8. If you want to see how the imported data will look like first, select the TestMode check box and click OK.
9. If you want to proceed to importing the data, click OK to close the preview dialog box and unselect the TestMode check box.
10. Click OK to import the data and in the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
