Import Translations from External Sources

Use the Custom Translation submodule to import translations from external sources.

To use the Custom Translation submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To import a translation from an external source:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to import a translation from an external source.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Custom Translation.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Import Translations from an External Source .
5. In the Import Translation dialog box, enter the unique ID of the translation that you want to import and click OK.
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
