Insert Lines from Default Material Calculations to Price Quote Material Calculations

Use the Price or Materials submodule to insert lines from default material calculations to price quote material calculations of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Materials submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To insert a line from a default material calculation to a price quote material calculation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote material calculation that you want to insert a line to from a default material calculation.
3. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the side toolbar, click Price and click the Material Calculation tab.
   • On the side toolbar, click Materials.
4. Use the drop-down list to select the material calculation that you want to insert a line to.
5. Click Insert material lines from default material list .
6. In the Select Material Calculation Lines dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the line or lines that you want to insert to the price quote material calculation and click OK.
