Log Into Your ConceptShare Account

Use the Reviews submodule to log into your ConceptShare account.

• To use the Reviews submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

• In ConceptShare, you must have an account with an Account Role that has the permission Configure Integrations with Third-Party Applications enabled (set to Yes).

To log into your ConceptShare account:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight a job whose WorkBook company you linked to your ConceptShare account.
3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Reviews.
4. On the Reviews screen, click Log In.
   Alternatively, on the upper right corner of the screen, click Log In .
5. In the ConceptShare Login dialog box, enter your ConceptShare account credentials, and click Login.
   Note: If you are using version 12.1 and newer, your session is retained even when you log out of WorkBook. Your session expires 30 days after your last log in. WorkBook prompts you to log in again to ConceptShare.
