Make Existing Filters for CRM Activities for Follow-up as Global Filters
Use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule to make existing filters for CRM activities for follow-up as global filters.
To use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To make an existing filter for CRM activities for follow-up as a global filter:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks
.
- In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click .

On the grid toolbar, click
Open activity filter
.
- In the Pipeline Activity Filter dialog box, use the Last used filter drop-down list to select the filter that you want to ,make as a global filter.

Click
Organize filters
and select Make global.

If you want to make the filter local again, click
Organize filters
and select Make local.

Click
Close
.
