Manage Pipeline Conversations

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can manage pipeline conversations from the pipeline card by deleting them, marking them as favorites, adding conversation participants, editing subscription settings, adding reminders, and sending document attachments to conversation participants for their approvals.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To manage pipeline conversations:

  1. Display the pipeline card. See Display the Pipeline Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the pipeline card, click Pipeline Conversation .
  3. In the left pane of the pipeline card, select a conversation.
  4. In the right pane of the pipeline card, click .
    You can perform the following tasks to manage the conversation:
    • Unsubscribe
    • Add User to Conversation
    • Favorite
    • Get Deep Link to Conversation
    • Show in Inbox
    • Add Reminder
    • Subscriber Settings
    • Clean Up Resources
    • Send Attachments for Document Approval
    • Delete Conversation
  5. To add tags, click Add Tag in the right pane of the pipeline card.
  6. To start or reply to a conversation, use the Comment field and click Public or Private.
    • Public: the conversation is visible to all companies in WorkBook and their employees.
    • Private: the conversation is visible only to the selected company and its employees.
