Manage Pipeline Emails

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can manage pipeline emails from the pipeline card by deleting, moving, downloading, forwarding, or replying to them. You can also download all email attachments as zip files. .

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To manage pipeline emails:

  1. Display the pipeline card. See Display the Pipeline Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the pipeline card, click Emails .
  3. To manage the emails, use the toolbar in the right pane of the pipeline card. Select any of these options:
    • Move Email
    • Delete Email
    • Reply / Forward Email
    • Download Email
    • Download All Attachments as a ZIP File
  4. To search for specific emails, enter a search string in the Search field in the left pane of the pipeline card.
