Manage Pipeline Folders and Documents

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can create, delete, or rename folders from the pipeline card and use them to upload, create, edit, rename, duplicate, and download files and documents.

To manage pipeline folders and documents:

  1. Display the pipeline card. See Display the Pipeline Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the pipeline card, click Documents .
  3. In the left pane of the pipeline card, click Folder Menu .
  4. Select any of the following options:
    • Create Folder
    • Delete Folder
    • Rename Folder
    • Generate Default Folder Template
  5. Use the toolbar in the right pane of the pipeline card to upload, create, rename, edit, duplicate, download, or delete files and documents.
