Manage Prospect/Client Contacts' Emails

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can manage a prospect/client contact's emails by deleting, moving, downloading, forwarding, or replying to them. You can also download all email attachments as zip files.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To manage a prospect/client contact's emails:

  1. Display the contact card. See Display the Contact Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the contact card, click Emails .
  3. To manage the emails, use the toolbar in the right pane of the contact card.
    • Move Email
    • Delete Email
    • Reply/Forward Email
    • Download Email
    • Download All Attachments as a ZIP File
  4. To search for specific emails, enter a search string in the Search field in the left pane of the contact card.
