Manage Prospect and Client Emails

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can manage prospect or client emails by deleting, moving, downloading, forwarding, or replying to them from the prospect card. You can also download all email attachments as zip files.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To manage a prospect or client's emails:

  1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Emails .
  3. To manage the emails, use the toolbar in the right pane of the prospect card. Select any of these options:
    • Move Email
    • Delete Email
    • Reply/Forward Email
    • Download Email
    • Download All Attachments as a ZIP File
  4. To search for specific emails, enter a search string in the Search field in the left pane of the prospect card.
