Mark Assigned Tasks as Done

Use the Tasks submodule to mark yourself as done in your assigned tasks.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To mark yourself as done in an assigned task:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click To-do > Tasks.
  3. Click the Grid View tab.
  4. Highlight the assigned task that you want to mark yourself as done.
  5. Take one of the following actions:
    • On the grid toolbar, click Mark yourself as done .
    • On the grid toolbar, click My progress and in the My Progress dialog box, click Mark myself as done.
    • On the grid toolbar, click Time entry and task status and in the Time Entry and Task Status pane, click Done - mark my work as done.
    • Select the corresponding Done status check box.
    • Double-click on the corresponding My progress field and use the drop-down list to select Complete.
  6. If you want to add yourself to the task again, take one of the following actions:
    • On the grid toolbar, click Mark yourself as to-do .
    • On the grid toolbar, click My progress and in the My Progress dialog box, click Activate me on this task.
    • On the grid toolbar, click Time entry and task status and in the Time Entry and Task Status pane, click Add me to this task.
    • Unselect the Done status check box.
    • Double-click on the corresponding My progress field and use the drop-down list to select the applicable status.
