Mark Comments to Show on Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to mark comments to show on price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To mark a comment to show on a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote comment that you want to show.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote with the comment that you want to show.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote with the comment that you want to show.
5. Click the Comments tab.
6. Highlight the comment that you want to show and select the Show check box.
