Move Phases of Price Quotes Up or Down

Use the Price submodule to move price quote phases of selected jobs up or down.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To move a price quote phase up or down:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote phase that you want to move up or down.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote with the phase that you want to move up or down.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote with the phase that you want to move up or down.
   Note: You can only move phases of a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Phases tab.
6. Highlight the phase that you want to move and click Move current phase down or Move current phase up , as applicable.
