Open Customer Cards of Project Postings

Use the Project Posting submodule to open the customer cards of project postings.

To use the Project Posting submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open the customer card of a project posting:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Project Posting.
  3. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the grid toolbar to select the company of the project posting whose customer card you want to open.
  4. Highlight the Sales invoices or Job closures project posting type of the project posting whose customer card you want to open.
  5. On the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click or , as applicable.
  6. Highlight the project posting whose customer card you want to open.
  7. Double-click on the corresponding Customer field.
    WorkBook opens the customer card.
  8. Click Close .
