Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs

Use Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs under Finance & Administration to view and manage open expenditure on closed jobs.

To use the Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

The Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs submodule provides you with an overview of all open expenditures on jobs that have been closed. Some expenditure types include non-posted time entries, non-posted materials, and non-posted adjustments.

You can use the information on the screen to review the records and determine if they require further action.

To filter expenditure data by date, use the Calendar menu on the grid toolbar. To find specific expenditure record, use the Search field.
