Open Job Cards

Use the Google Adwords Import submodule to open job cards.

To use the Google Adwords Import submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open a job card:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job card that you want to open.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Export, Import & Maintenance > Google Adwords Import.
4. Highlight or hover over the job whose card you want to open and click Open job card .
   Note: You can open a job card on all tabs.
5. Click to close the job card.
