Open Job Cards (Ticket Quick Create)

Use the Ticket Quick Create submodule to open job cards.

To use the Ticket Quick Create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open a job card:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the job card that you want to open.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
4. Highlight or hover over the job whose card you want to open and click Open job card .
5. Click to close the job card.
