Open PDFs of Sales Invoices

Use the Sales Invoice Approval submodule to open PDFs of sales invoices.

To use the Sales Invoice Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open a PDF of a sales invoice:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Sales Invoice Approval.
3. Highlight or hover over the invoice ID of the sales invoice whose PDF you want to open and click Open PDF .
   WorkBook opens a new browser window to display the sale invoice PDF that you want to open.
