Open Price Quote Cards of Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes

Use the Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes submodule to open the price quote cards of billable jobs with open price quotes.

To use the Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open the price quote card of a billable job with an open price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes.
3. Highlight the billable job with an open price quote whose price quote card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Approval status field.
   WorkBook opens the price quote card.
