Open Resource Card of Project Managers of Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need

Use the Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need submodule to open the resource card of project managers of tasks with not fully booked capacity need.

To use the Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open the resource card of the project manager of a task with not fully booked capacity need:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need.
3. Highlight the task with not fully booked capacity need of the project manager whose resource card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Project Manager field.
   WorkBook opens the project manager's resource card.
5. Click Close .
