Open Voucher Cards of Project Postings

Use the Project Posting submodule to open voucher cards of project postings.

To use the Project Posting submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open the voucher card of a project posting:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Project Posting.
3. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the grid toolbar to select the company of the project posting whose voucher you want to open.
4. Highlight the Vouchers project posting type.
5. On the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click , , or , as applicable.
6. Highlight or hover over the project posting whose voucher you want to open and click Voucher card .
7. Click Close .
