Raise Notifications

Use the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to raise notifications that the project managers of all listed jobs will receive in their WorkBook inbox.

To use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To raise notifications:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to raise notifications.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Month-end > Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Notification Delay in Days field to enter the number of days from which you want project managers to receive the notification and click Raise Notification.
  5. If you want to recall the notification you raised, click Unsubscribe Notification.
