Reject Absence Entries

Use the Absence Entry Approval submodule to reject absence entries.

To use the Absence Entry Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To reject an absence entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Absence Entry Approval.
  3. Highlight the absence entry that you want to reject.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Reject selected items .
    Alternatively, click the corresponding Reject selected field.
  5. In the Reject Entries dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
