Reject All Time Entries of Selected Employees

Use the Time Entry Approval submodule to reject all time entries of selected employees.

To use the Time Entry Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To reject all time entries of a selected employee:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Time Entry Approval.
  3. Highlight one of the time entries of the employee that you want to reject.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Reject all entries for selected resource .
  5. In the Enter a Value dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
